Also, what were you looking for the program to do? Looking at the program description and pictures, it doesn't look very useful IMO. Kind of reminds me of that "PC Mechanic" bloatware they sell at Walmart. Did you suspect something wrong with your PC or is it just cautionary? If you can't get it working, you might want to try CCleaner and Malwarebytes. Also free and probably work alot better. They are not related or supported by Cox though.
