Cox Monopoly Email Vaporized PDF Attachments

PDF files missing. 100 words of text and 6 MEGABYTE file with NO link or even what the 6 MB of information is. Called ** tech support. Never heard of it, despite it being a LOCKED topic on COX Monopoly POS Forum. Awaiting a call back for unknown problem. No worries Cox is a government crony monopoly. The fix is in. Ed Ward MD

4 phone calls and COXCON fixed it. Cox Tech has me download a WORKING EMAIL program to get to Invisible on Cox Email PDF files. PRESTO they appeared on windows live. NOLA Cox Monopoly Nothing But Useless Email Garbage Program brought to you by New Orleans Corrupt Politicians. Ed Ward MD

I'm glad you were able to get your attachments, though it seems like you had to do a lot of work to get them. I'd like to get to the bottom of why you weren't able to get your attachments previously. 

How were you checking your email when the problem started? If using a browser, which browser and version? It may also be helpful to know what operating system is on the device you were having the problem with.
