Cox Internet on Ultimate using SB6141 freezes.

Im having this same issue as the thread below.  The modem freezes, I can get to the routers admin page, but not the modem at 192.168.100.1.   I have to reboot the modem by pulling power to get the internet back up and once that happens I can get to the modems admin page.   The modem will be fine for a while and then freeze up randomly.   I'm on Cox in Tucson, AZ.   This is in brand new construction with RG6 ran to the modem.  Properly terminated.    Looking at the lights on the modem everything is solid with the internet activity light blinking.   It used to do it once a month, now it's doing it every 30 min to 4 hours.
