Hello, Recently I was trying to find a way to port forward a family member's minecraft server, Learning that I had to do so with the Cox provided home network manager, I found it. However its description says to click the "Get started" next to it, But all that's there is a "
Learn more" button which takes me to the homepage, Is being able to port forward a paid service separate from internet services? I sincerely hope not.
As a it of insight wether it may help or not, I have tried to access said manager from Internet explorer latest version, Firefox latest version, And google chrome latest version and the resulting "Button" is still labeled "Learn more" if anyone can help me with this I would greatly appreciate it.

Melanie, you can configure port forwarding directly from your router's maintenance interface. What make/model router do you have? Sign on to your router, could be at 192.168.0.1. If you post your router model, maybe we can be of more help getting you to the port forwarding screen.

Port forwarding is not a feature we provide support for. For assistance with setting that up you would need to speak with your router manufacturer.

When I try to navigate to 192.168.0.1 it gives me a log in popup and it says the server says "Ubee" which is my router's manufacturer. It asked for a username and a password, So I thought my connection name and connection password would work but they did not.
And I was under the impression the cox home network manager had a port forwarding tab.

Well I have tried you suggestion and neither works, I have even tried using the network name/password (Don't know why but it was worth a try just in case)

Melanie05, you still haven't posted the model of your device. The Ubee DDW365 and 366 manual shows navigating to 192.168.100.1 then entering the user name/password. Try that using the id/password pairs posted by Stephanie. Also, is there anything on the bottom of the gateway case? Sometime there will be a sticker with the user id/password, just don't know if that applies to Ubee. Anyway, here is a link to the Ubee DDW366 manual http://media.cox.com/support/print_media/internet/equipment/Ubee_DDW366_Subscriber_User_Guide.pdf It contains login (p. 18) and port forwarding (p. 46) instructions for that model. If you have a different model, please let us know.
