Cox Cloud
Trying to sign on the Cox Cloud for Mac and it keeps telling me that my username or password are incorrect. Is the username and password for the cloud the same as it is for cox account?

Yes, to access Cloud Drive you would log in with your Cox UserID and password. So that we can investigate this issue, we’ll need to take this conversation offline. Please email my team at cox.help@com with this post, your full name, complete address and the COXPIN.
