Cox Cable not an option on Roku or any other device

Is see this question has been asked before in the past - WHY IS COX CABLE THE ONLY Cable provider that is not listed as an option to authenticate service for any of the AE Networks - History, A&E, H2, etc.

The only response given was some generic ** that Cox works hard behind the scenes to try to negotiate contracts with the channels..... they have a list of about 50 cable providers, every no-name off-brand provider is on there except COX , what is going on here , this **.  I pay $200 / mo for basic cable and internet and now I can't even get the channels I pay for on mobile apps???!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

When is this being resolved????
