Cox and McAfee

Why is it I simply cannot get cox security powered by McAfee to download and not just ERROR! all the time. I now have a virus because I could never download cox's security.

Hello,


To access McAfee, please log into your Cox.com account. Then, select the drop down for My Account and then select Internet Tools. There is then an option to download the Security Suite.
