Contour Tv on screen guide
Does anyone else have an issue with the Contour on screen guide? Our on screen guide does not have the mini box with current channel on display while looking at guide that used to be available with the B button. Whenever I try and explain this to a Cox technical support rep, they kind of have no idea what I'm talking about. Just wondering if anyone else has this issue and if you have any idea on how to fix it.

Spencenvickie,
There was an update on the Contour box that removed that feature from the cable box. This went into affect within the past few weeks. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Can't it be put back on? I see quite a few people commenting on this issue. Why not listen to your customers?
