Contour service failures
Since upgrading to Contour, the DVR fails to record about 50% of what is set to record, ( due to " tech difficulties" ) Video gets extremely pixilated at times. Resets have not corrected these concerns.

I apologize for the delayed response. Can you verify the title, time, and channel of the show? Is the cable line straight from the wall to the receiver or is there a splitter?
