Contour iPad App - Home Mode

First thing I would check is to make sure your on your wifi, and not someone elses. They can sometimes roam automatically. Also, I assume this is a Wifi Ipad and not one with a cellular connection?

Last, maybe go here on your Ipad. That will tell you what public IP your getting for the internet. If that doesn't match the same one you get when going to the same site on your computer, something is wrong.

Good suggestions. Also, one thing we've noted is that the app may sometimes not register the network change when it starts out of home mode and then the iPad is brought onto the correct network, so if you make sure you are on your home network but it still claims you aren't, fully close the app and restart it.

I tried these and it still doesn't work?
