After some on/off and bad signals, cox went totally off, then tried to reboot several times and finally made it. THE PROBLEM IS 1. CAN NOT CHANGE CHANNEL USEING BUTTOMS ON REMOTE AND VOIVE COMMAND IS NOT LISTENING. what to do?
