Contour DVR won't record with 97% free space.

Upper right corner of DVR list screen shows 97%  free but under 'Missed Recordings' several recent shows are listed with 'Recording failed because there is not enough space on your DVR'. Probably have less than 10 hours of recorded shows on DVR.

Hi, restart the cable box by unplugging the power cord, wait two minutes, then plug the power cord back in. It may take up to 20-30 minutes for the box to reload. Check to see if the issue is resolved.
