contour app

I signed up for contour service at the Cox store and activated the new box 2 days ago. My account online does show my contour box also. I have downloaded the contour app on my phone. When I log in it says adding device and then dumps me to a screen that says. " Good news! Contour in now available in your area" It also says in small letter activation can take up to 24 hours but it has been over 48 hours already and it is not working.
