Contour 2 Record 6 DVR's
I have had two of the new Contour 2 Record 6 DVR;s for about two weeks. My objective was to have them work independently. Instead they work in unison. Recordings initiated on one also show up on the other. Haven't confirmed this but each show appears to be recorded on both DVR's. This is inefficient and doesn't meet our original objective of having two independent DVR's. What I would like is a choice in the software for independent operation or operation in unison. I haven't found a place in the software that allows me to make that choice. Can anyone help?.

Hi Michael J and thanks for responding. Their are two potential solutions to our dilemma. Independent operation of the two recorders achieved by a user selection would be wonderful. The other solution, probably easier to achieve, is an additional sorting option when viewing recorded shows. The ability to view based on the recorder that was used to request the recording would allow us to find "our" shows significantly easier. Thanks for the help.
