Connection Troubles
My internet keeps slowing to less than 1mbps and after a few days it joins the series of blackouts, like the one yesterday. My internet worked fine this morning but now the upload speed is down to 21kbps. That is half the speed of dialup! When are you going to fix this once and for all? My cellphone Internet is faster than Cox most of the time. That is pretty bad. I am paying for the best Internet package you have and it just keeps getting worse. I have connected directly to the cable modem and the results are the same.

How are you testing your speed? Can you copy/paste the results?
Also, what model modem do you have?
Last, what are the signal levels? Should find them at 192.168.100.1

Could you copy/paste your speedtest.net results? Want to compare upload to download and see if any latency. Also the Cox test shows jitter.
Also, what are your upstream levels?
Last, when did this start? Anything unusual happen around that time?
