Hi Sandman55,
As with television, blackouts will apply to telecasts that have been sold regionally or locally per league, conference and local rights holder agreements. The networks and their contractual obligations make this choice, not Cox. You should be able to use the Watch ESPN app to view the games that are blackouted. I apologize for any inconvenience.
