CNN HLN HD (channel 1038 Phoenix) only shows up on 1 Cisco box

I recently had 2 Cisco 4742HDC boxes installed, I'm in Phoenix.  CNN Headline News HD channel 1038 shows up on the slave box but not the master.  Just as a test I tried recording the channel on the slave box and got an error, something like data not available.  I was curious to if see the CNN HLN recording would show up on the master box.

Anyone else have channels showing up on one box but not the other.  Hate to spend time calling support over this minor issue but still it should work.
