Cloud backup seems to have affected Windows 10 upgrade

After upgrading my OS from Windows 7 to Windows 10,  I encountered a major problem where I was lacked administrator privileges to save files to documents folders.  I can only save files to the Desktop and Downloads folders.  Nor can I create new folders and save directly to them.  My other computer, which did not have Cox Cloud backup installed, had none of these issues, so I can only conclude this somehow changed all my security settings.
