The wife bought a 55 inch Samsung UHD Smart TV; Does this TV require a digital cable box to view HD channels ? Thanks so much

Very Nice! Congratulations on your recent purchase. While Cox is going All Digital, any TV that hasn't had a cable box before, will require a digital box or Mini Box connected. If you are subscribed to our Cox Cable TV services, yes you need a digital receiver to view any HD and SD channels through us.
