Have problem with aspect ration on 8743hdc box. How can I access the hd setup wizard to see if I can correct issue? Thanks

If you have the Contour guide:

-Press the Cox button on the remote
-Arrow down to Settings press Select
-Arrow down to Audio and Video press Select
-Video Output Format press Select
-Set Resolution and output format and press B to save
