Charged Twice for same crappy service - That too on the .FIRST BILL

Hey Guys,

I want to know, How many have you been ripped off by COX like I did. I just got my first bill and I see , have been charged again for the past month where as I have already paid it in advance. Now when I call the customer care they see no payments and they are rude to the core. I have been around the US , I haven't seen any a customer service like this. There is no  separate departmental help either. I  am getting totally crazy on this kind of support , I cant understand. How cant they have no info about my payments when I have been already charged.
