CBS App
Cox,
What is the deal with the CBS App? I was hoping for an option to log in with my cable info. I have to pay to watch their programs on top of paying for cable? Unless you have a DVR, then you're out of luck immediately to watch programs. Seems you have to wait at least a week to see current stuff.

Rather than base access to mobile content on a cable subscription, CBS launched their own digital subscription video service in October called CBS All Access. CBS All Access offers subscribers next-day access to current daytime, primetime and late-night CBS programs, including some full seasons, across many devices.
You’re right about having to wait a week to watch the newest episode; that’s because CBS changed the authorization rights for those of us who choose not to subscribe to CBS All Access. Non-subscribers will continue to have access to the current episodes of CBS shows on CBS.com and through the CBS App. Non-subscribers have an eight-day delay on mobile devices for primetime series only, while programming will be available the day after the shows air on TV to subscribers of CBS All Access.
