wees is correct, AFAIK, All Access is a CBS offering and they don't have a deal with any provider. The only deal I could find was last Christmas they were offering a 2 month free trial to Chromecast users or a current 1 month free trial, no ongoing discounts. You can watch CBS live or on-demand on the Contour app or Cox website if you subscribe and on your home network but not All Access.
