Can't watch ESPN streamng using Cox account
Why can't I log in and watch a football game when I pay for Expanded Basic Cable and $100 per month for Internet service? I tried watching the OU vs Iowa State game and it says I am NOT authorized. May be time to switch to AT&T

The game is on ESPNU which, at least in my market, requires Advanced TV & the Sports & Information package. If you don't subscribe to an ESPN channel on cable, you can't view it online. Same is true for ATT.

I have advanced basic and I get some of the ESPN channels, but apparently not this one. I've about had it with paying almost $200 per month and can't watch a lot of stuff.

I'm sorry you weren't able to watch the game online last night. It is unfortunate that TV networks decided to restrict online viewing to subscribers only. Since each TV network owns the copyright to the shows they produce, each network is allowed to dictate the terms of availability by which cable TV providers, satellite TV providers, and online video streaming services must abide.
