Can't find Starz new show Outlander in Premium On Demand

I have gone to the Freezone>preview and Extras but there is no Starz option listed?

Yes- can someone tell me how to do this as well!? Ive searched all through on demand and nada... Outlander is supposed to be available and if Cox isnt showing it, that is very stinky... I ordered Starz just to watch this series!! Want it now.

I also want to see on on the big screen and not just on my laptop w headphones!! How how how???

Outland premieres on August 9. The first episode is available ONLINE starting August 2.

The new Outlander show should be On Demand, that is how Starz is giving the new early preview of it starting on August 2nd. I've gone to On Demand and can find it under the Starz Original but when I press the button nothing happens. I have been able to view it on my computer online but I want to see it on the T.V, why are you not showing it yet? I clearly see that people in other area's have been able to view it On Demand. 

It's not there, tried. It's actually under the Starz original but it doesn't play.

I can't find it anywhere. It's very disappointing.

I looked in previews, I looked on the Starz Originals, I tried every option possible. I do see the Outlander in the Starz Original previews but like I said it just says no information available and when I press the select button it does nothing at all. I even restarted the box to see if it needed to update and it didn't work, my son also restarted the box and it said downloading but it still doesn't show the Outlander.

I'm so glad that I found this forum and I can see that I'm not the only one with this problem. We spent more than an hour trying to find Outlander On Demand  but Nothing!, my husband tried every way possible to find it and it's just not there!, so what's going on?, we'd love to see it on the big screen TV!

I have been trying for over 24 hours now to find the Outlander preview.  I have looked in freezone premiums and STARZ is not listed.  I have also rebooted my DVR and still no luck. 

I can see many people with Cox out here having the same issue.  Please fix ASAP!!!

Yes, please fix this. I have tried rebooting several times and checking my other cable box. 

When I go to freezone and do the previews it does not even show Starz as an option, only showtime and HBO. Still no Outlander.
