The new webmail "app" stinks! The service is slow, when it works. When will Cox admit defeat with this new "enhancement" and allow consumers to choose a webmail interace that actually works. It does not matter which browser or device, or where I am in the world, the service is terribly slow when it works. Ready to take my $$$ elsewhere.

Hi Michael,
Thank you for your reply. No, it's just cox webmail. As i said, it does not matter where I try to access it from - home, work, iPhone, etc. The app might load readily but getting to the actual inbox is dreadfully slow, if it works. Again, this is my experience from multiple locations. I have 4G LTE on my iPhone and 4G on my iPad. Same experience across all OS and platforms and circuits. I did not have this problem with the old classic webmail. This "enhancement" is dreadful.

....and sadly, very often, the ads that y'all sell and post on the webmail screeen will display LONG before I can actually see my mail. It's shameful for Cox.
