Can not connect to citywide wifi

And I've been getting the run around for over 4 weeks! No log in window!

What network are you trying to connect to? Available Cox Wifi and Cable Wifi can be found at cox.com/hotspots

Also, on some browsers you have to type in a new webpage in the address bar sometimes to trigger the redirect to the log in screen.

Both CableWiFi and CoxWiFi, and I've tried typing in the browser. Nothing works for me. Spent and Hour and a half on the phone again today.

What are you connecting with? Are you atleast getting a IP? I can give specifics on how to find out once I know what your connecting with (Windows, iOS, OSX, Android, etc). Also you posted this in another thread:

"Even purchased a new DOCSIS 3.0 modem when they said that was the problem (didn't help)."

Do you have service at that location? Do you have a modem/router/gateway?
