You can change the call forwarding numbers a couple ways. You can dial *72 from the handset, listen for the tone, and then enter the number. Or you can go to cox.com and sign in. Once you've signed in, click my account, and then phone tools. In phone tools you will have the option to turn on or change multiple phone features including call forwarding.

You can also use the Cox Mobile Connect app, on either an iPhone or Android phone, to change call forwarding settings from anywhere as long as you have a data connection.
