I get periodic calls from what amount to criminal scammer who spoof my number... how is it that I cannot add my own number to the list of calls to be blocked? None of these calls are legitimate... most are criminal credit card interest rate fraudsters who need to be locked up fro a variety of reasons- not the least of which is harassment and violation of the DNC list... which has proven itself to be nothing more than a placebo button.

Caller ID spoofing is serious and we can file a telephone compliance form for these logs. Have you added your number to the donotcall.gov recently? Only numbers outside of your own and those that are active numbers can be blocked. Also, have you kept a record of these calls over the past 30 days? You may email us these logs and harassing calls to our team at cox.help@cox.com with the following included:
*Date and time call Received
*Name and Telephone Number on Caller ID
Also, please include a link to this forums in the email, so we may prevent you from having to repeat any information already stated. Availability for research is limited to the past 30 calendar days. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
