cable tv remote
Ive had the new Contour for just a month now, but the remote with that box hasn't worked very well in the a.m. when first turned on. Now, it is giving me trouble more often than not...I just tried changing batteries...still no improvement... very frustrating.. Do I need a new remote??

The 9865HDC box has 2 remote sensors on the front just above the "Cisco" label. If the LEFT sensor is covered with something, then the remote works fine. Please report back on how this works for you.
