cable box that supports 2180p or i

Dear Cox: When are you going to add a cable box that will give you 1280P or I for the new 4k TV's that are out. I purchased a new Samsung 4k ultra high definition TV, and I can only get 720P from your box. It's not like the Dish Direct box's that I have seen supporting the 1280 Ultra high definition picture which is so realistic looking. You need to catch up with all the new technology that's starting to come. Let me know what's going on. Bill Eldreth blpjeldreth@cox.net
