c6300 cable modem router

I have seen some comments on this forum and that may explain the issue I am having. I have over 60 mbps internet speed when I do the speed check, but I cannot get sufficient wif speed on my PS3 or my smart tv to stream movies, My PS3 keeps disconnecting from the network, I am so disappointed with the fact that I cannot get this resolved either through cox or Netgear. I am beyond frustrated. I even took the first one back to best buy and exchanged it for a new one thinking it could be defective. Unfortunately I still have crappy wifi speed and I am unable to get any resolution. What do I need to do to get this fixed?
