Blocking frys.com?

For the past several days in the Santa Barbara CA area, I've not been able to get to the frys.com website. Internet on-line monitoring sites report that frys.com is up. And I can reach the Frys site via my mobile phone browser, not using Cox. Has anyone else experienced this?

Nothing appears to be blocked from this end as far as I can tell.  I'd suggest trying without the router to see if that makes any difference.

No problems here, but I am in RI. I have had intermittent DNS issues with Cox DNS and rottentomatoes.com starting a few months ago. No issues on google DNS. Maybe try that?
