Blank Email
I was sent a return label link for a UPS return by Sears Parts Direct. The email was routed to my trash folder and after I found it and opened it, the email is blank.
What can I do to get my return label?

Are you sure the e-mail doesn't contain an attachment like a pdf file containing your label? Sounds like Cox's spam blocker thought the e-mail was spam and moved it to the trash. You can change how Cox handles perceived spam using webmail/settings/spamblocker. If there is no attachment to the "deleted" e-mail, about all you can do is contact Sears and ask for them to resend it.
