bill pay

why does it ask me to pick the auto pay option or one time pay option when it DOESNT show a tab for EITHER ONE OF THEM.

Hi dewack01,

When you select the option for a one time payment, at the bottom right above the continue option, there is a box that you can check to 'Save my payment account details so I can use them to make future payments'. This option will allow you to set up monthly recurring payments from the bank information you've entered. If you leave this option blank and continue, this is considered a one time payment and none of your information is saved.
