being waylaid en route to email

I anyone else as annoyed as I about Cox's various pre-signin screens, e.g., "interceptor," where you need to enter zipcode or the newer one where you ostensibly signin, but then are diverted to the "interceptor" screen and have to sign in all over again?  They finally took down that annoying Contour screen.

If Cox monitors these forums, please just let subscribers sign in without jumping through hoops.

The reason its asking for your zip code is because its custom to your area. How else would the page know? How often do you have to do it? Your browser should remember it by saving a cookie on your computer. Do you maybe have cookies blocked?

YES! I, too, am as annoyed as you are! I also HATE the rollover dropdown menus which did NOT use to exist. You used to have to click on them for them to appear, but now they just appear IN YOUR FACE without your asking, if you even accidently roll your mouse NEAR one. Feel free to ignore any questions or advice from Health Edge. He apparently has appointed himself a super tech without portfolio. He has already admitted to everyone that he doesn't use Cox email because its use is beneath him. However, that doesn't stop him from offering his overly annoying advice about Coxmail to anyone who is foolish enough to read his posts. He seriously needs to get a life.

I am reporting this as a personal attack. Your accusations have no grounds and I feel are based on your emotional state. I don't back down from bullies, and you sir are a bully. Please leave this forum.

To those whom have posted feedback regarding the Cox webpage I'll be sure to pass your comments along.  As for the conduct issues noted, I'm locking this thread before things get out of hand.  Criticism is welcome but please try to be civil.
