Is there any way you guys could set the height of ad image that you display when the webmail page is rendered? When you visit the webmail page after logging in, the ad is not there (since it is still being loaded by the server). When you go to click on your first email the ad appears which pushes the content down about an inch. Instead of clicking on the email I want, i usually end up clicking on one for the buttons (delete, span, get external email). Not a big problem but annoying and is a seemly simple issue to fix. if you set the height of the image (or iframe) you use, the browser will reserve that space and my email won't jump up and down.
A better fix would be to remove the ad banner completely (not sure why you need to have it there for the amount of $ we pay for internet access). The amount of page space used up at the top of the page (multiple navigation menus, extra white space, banner ad) just about pushes the real content (my email) below the fold.
Anyone else have this issue?
Thanks!

I'm wondering if it would be more practical to troubleshoot why the page isn't loading faster for you. It seems to me if the page was loading fast enough you wouldn't see any such movement.

I remember the days when you didn't need ads in your webmail client. ;)

Chris,
I ran the speed test and download speed looks good. There's only about a 1 second difference between the main page load and the ad display. However, that's just enough time to mess up a click or touch. Since the ad re-displays every time the page reloads (after email delete for example), the ads moves the main content down just when you are about to click on the next email. This happens on different browsers and platforms (PC, iPAD, iPhone).
It's standard when developing a web page to set the height/width of every image which allows the browser to reserve that space (and not move content around on the screen).
Your ad display is always going to lag behind the display of the web client main page.
