Automatic refresh on Webmail Inbox?

Cox Webmail is my only email access and I leave it on during the day when I work.  Is there any way to get it to refresh on it's own so that I can see when a new email comes in without refreshing it manually?  It also times out if I don't do it often...

Webmail does indeed timeout after 30 minutes of inactivity as a security measure to prevent others from accessing your email if you walk away from your PC.  At this time there is not an auto-refresh feature either.  I'll be happy to pass your feedback along to our product team.

Thanks Chris.

Cox might want to look into this as many tablets don't allow mail programs and necessitate using webmail.

What tablets don't have mail programs? Anything running Android or iOS should have native email support.

Also, I believe if you use Enhanced webmail, you can add your own account as a sub account, and then have it auto-check every 1-60min. See here.

I just purchased a Google Chrome by Samsung. It doesn't store any files or software in the computer. Everything is in the cloud.

Thanks. I'll check that out. Obviously, Cox is my provider and email service that I normally use to forward to my email accounts on various on my iPhone, iPad and PC.
