The attachments on my Cox Webmail are not showing when I am logged into webmail. I am certain that an attachment is there since I can view and retrieve it from my outlook. I really need the ability to retrieve them while I am on the go. Has anyone had this problem?

I have this problem also. When the Beta site was available, and we could switch from the Beta to the Classic site, the attachments from some senders weren't visible on the Classic site but were on the Beta site. Since the Beta site is no longer available, I can't get the attachments. I've had to ask the sender to use an alternate email so I can get the attachments.

When you are inside the email message, try clicking on the Details button at the top. In the popup there should be your attachment unless its a type that could transmit viruses.
Postmaster.cox.net on their error page lists the extensions that are not allowed as:
the following prohibited file types, which commonly contain viruses: .shb, .shs, .vbe, .vbs, .wsc, .wsf, .wsh, .pif, .msc, .msi, .msp, .reg, .sct, .bat, .chm, .isp, .cpl, .js, .jse, .scr, .exe
