We've had a handful of reports from other customers also experiencing this issue. Uninstall the app from your mobile device and then reinstall it. So far, this seems to have resolved the problem. Please let us know!

I have done that quite a few times over the past month and it has not resolved anything. Tried again just now, and im

still getting the error.
