Received Response to Broadcast Maintenance Request, But no Unicast Maintenance opportunities received - T4 time out;CM-MAC=30:60:23:d4:bb:64;CMTS-MAC=00:1b:54:ca:f9:9f;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.0;
I was able to pull up the modem information and looks like there have been a high amount of T3 resets. Do you have any splitters connected to the coaxial cable outlet? You mentioned losing wifi, do you have anything connected with an ethernet cable, if so do you lose connection to those devices as well?
Cox came out the other day removed a filter that the previous owner had in the box, put a splitter in the attic the bring the level down a bit, put a new box outside and put a new grounding clamp since the old one was corroded. I will still have internet on my PC but all devices that use WiFi are constantly connecting and disconnecting.

Its a transmit error. Without context it means nothings. Are you seeing a bunch of them every day?
More importantly, what are the symptom your troubleshooting?
