anime network not updated
The anime network on demand channel did not update this week. All new episodes were suppose to appear on Thursday Nov 17th and still nothing has shown up. I even unpluged the box a few times to see if that would help, but nothing changed. Please check into this.

The anime network on demand channel updates were late last week, got them on Sat. The chanel did not update again this week. The new episodes should have appeared on Dec 1st. Is anyone monitoring this chanel? Anime Network website still has Thursday as the day for the weekly updates and this is the 3rd week that their late. Please update this chanel.
Thank you.

The Contour App is free to download, and customers with the Rovi IPG also have access to the Contour App and view while under your Cox In-home WiFi Network. Thanks for the follow-up reply regarding the missing episodes! I've created a ticket to have these missing On Demand Episodes to be investigated, and it can take 48 - 72 business hours for a solution.

Thank you DustnP for letting me know the details regarding the Contour App. But I preferr to watch it on my regular TV, not a small computer or tablet screen. That's why I got this chanel through Cox.
Noted, you put in ticket for the missing episodes. As of this morning no updates have come through.
I am still missing:
