AGGRAVATING CABLE ISSUE

I responded to your comment on another thread, but wanted to answer you here, as well. I truly apologize for all the frustration this is causing! Walk through the following steps to verify the current Timer Menu settings.

1. Open the Main Menu by using the MENU button or the LEFT or RIGHT arrow. Use the UP or DOWN arrow to highlight Settings and then press SELECT. Or, the SETTINGS shortcut button on your remote control will take you directly to the Settings Menu.
2. Use the UP or DOWN arrow to move the highlight bar to the Timers Menu and press SELECT.
3. Use the UP or DOWN arrow to highlight Power Off Timer.
4. Press the RIGHT arrow or SELECT button to open the Power Off Timer Menu.
5. With the highlight bar on Power Off Timer Status, press the RIGHT arrow or SELECT to move the highlight bar to the options in the center card.
6. Use the UP and DOWN arrow to select Off.
7. Press SELECT to confirm your choice.
8. Press the LEFT arrow three times to return to the Settings Menu or press EXIT to return to live television.

If the Power Off Timer is already set to OFF when you first verify settings through these steps, set it to ON, confirm your selection, and then exit back to live TV. Then go back into the settings and turn the Power Off Timer to OFF.
