Adding an email account
I currently have cox internet and use Outlook express. How can I set up another email address using Cox and Outlook Express or does the second email address have to be a Gmail account or what are the options

You just need to first setup the new email address which can be done by signing into Internet Tools at http://www.cox.com. There will be a link once signed in to allow you to add or remove additional email addresses. Once that is done you can add the settings for the email address as an additional account in Outlook Express. Note that incoming emails will share the same inbox however unless you first create a separate new Identity in Outlook Express.
