We have found that customers attempting to access the Watch ABC app via an iPhone or iPad are having login issues and are not able to view content at this time. Online access and Android access have tested fine with no reports of technical issues.
If you are experiencing a technical issue with the Watch ABC app, first confirm the following:
• You have a user ID and password for Cox.com.
• You can sign into Cox.com.
• Your device meets service requirements for viewing online content.
If you pass these checks:
• The Watch ABC app is experiencing technical difficulties on iPhones and iPads,
• You can contact Watch ABC Tech Support at 1-800-230-0229, Monday - Friday from 9 am to 10 pm ET, Saturday 9 am to 3pm ET, closed on Sunday,

Hello Momofhouse,
I checked to see if the live streaming was available in your area, and currently it is not. If you go to http://getwatchabc.com/ and enter your zip code you will get that message. I will submit a request for access to the app to our programming team on your behalf.

I don't want to live stream, I just want to watch General Hospital from my iPad using ABCs app. My sign in info keeps returning an error. Is this also not available in my area? My zip code is 73044. The app now requires that we sign in with our cable provider. I am paying for cable at 2 different locations, yet can't watch online? If so I am extremely unhappy!!!

Same thing is happening to me. Everything worked fine last week with my sign in. Zip code 02904. Help!!!

I'm having the exact same issue.......they'd better get it fixed, pronto!! Glad to hear I'm not the only one though. Please Cox, get it fixed! Zip 73130

Yes, same issue here. My log on works fine at watch ABC on a PC but get a log on error when trying to sign in from an Ipad.
Would hope Cox has a fix before I spend way too much time on hold with watch ABC support..........
