Cox Email Endless Do Loop

This is unacceptable ---- I go to My Connections, Hit the Email App and the Cox Software goes into an endless DO LOOP...…….totally useless "feature"

Hi DrJohn, have you tried attempting to access our email system using www.webmail.cox.net? Can you please clear your cookies/cache, and also try launching a different web browser? Do you experience this issue on multiple devices? -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator
