Cox Connect App on Android Phone, Version 9
I am having problems with the Cox Connect App. When I try to set my DVR to record, it only gives me the option to record standard definition channels, even though I have selected a high definition channel. Things were working fine until Cox upgraded to version 2.38.0.755. Version 2.37.0.740 was working fine. I have called Cox in hopes of resolving this problem to no avail!! Help please!! By the way, I have an android device.
