Re: Why Am I Getting Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender Emails? i just had a thought...could whoever took over cox email have changed the addresses we're supposed to use to report? or the rules on what they accept? could you please check? i just want this to stop. i'll deal with the spam. thanks so much. Re: Why Am I Getting Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender Emails? it started when i was forwarding. but wider told me how to forward as an attachment so i did that twice. but since the messages don't tell me what message it bounced, ...?? and no, there's no mention of time in these messages. Re: Why Am I Getting Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender Emails? you're right. i put the help before the cox. wider mouth open suggested i use the cox.com. tiffany had used cox.net and that did not work. the response i got was not helpful no WHY its happening, no why NOW no how to stop it. why have a spamreport@cox.net if it rejects the spam you send them? and why are the bounce backs coming after i've looked in my spam and returned to inbox? and i haven't forwarded anything to cox in the last 3 weeks. Re: Why Am I Getting Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender Emails? i don't have a social media presence, but i did as tiffany suggested (after wider got me the correct address} and sent info to help.cox@cox.com. last time i tried that they said "sorry." Re: Why Am I Getting Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender Emails? i would still think they'd notify you before they started bouncing your mail. but then i'm probably asking too much! Re: Why Am I Getting Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender Emails? yes. and it says 1.23GB of 2GB. Re: Why Am I Getting Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender Emails? there has been another thread on this topic. it's been going on for about 3 weeks for some of us. it started when we were trying to send spam to "spamreport." interestingly, i now get a bounce back message every time i go back to my inbox after having checked my spam folder. i use webmail only. and those 2 attachments tell you nothing. actually, one has all the code for the message, but only my sender info...not who it was to. wouldn't cox tell me if i have exceeded my storage? Re: spam and not spam reports bouncing Btw, funny thing…I found your post, David, in my Cox spam folder. Lol Re: spam and not spam reports bouncing I gave up forwarding spam over a week or so ago, but I'm still getting bounce back messages two at a time. It says the mail is attached “below,” but neither of the attachments open to any detail. What are they bouncing back?
