Panoramic WI Fi app and Iphone wi fi failure

I have had a Panoramic WI FI system for 2 months. The wi fi failed on my 6x Apple iphone after a power outage and reboot of the wi fi. No access to the app either, all frozen up.

Same thing happened on another newer iphone , after downloading the app for access to the system. Both phones show a strong wi fi signal but do not process an internet connection.

Those phones operate normally with other wi fi connections and my other home devices ( Computer, TV's, etc) work fine on the Panoramic system.

Ive tried many work arounds, but phones still do not function off the system.

This all appears to be "app" related.

    Make sure the devices have•iOS version 11.0 or later. Also, can you see the devices listed as not connected on the wifi app?

    i've had panoramic for a month & android phone does the same, "authentication error".

    i tap it again & reconnect.
