My outbound emails are apparently being identified as spam and either not delivered or delivered to a user's spam file. This is happening on emails to people who have gotten my emails for years. I had a chat conversation with an agent who was absolutely no help....didn't even understand the problem and proposed no solution.
I am having the same problem. Cox Level 2 person said they would fix it and remove my address as a spam sender. That was last Monday and still not resolved. Frustrating especially when Cox originally blamed me and/or Microsoft for the problem. Going to call them again in a couple of days. I would say Cox Webmail works ok but that service is much less sophisticated than Outlook.
